Freedom Tapping is a unique blend of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and intuitive Life Coaching. EFT is a simple technique that involves tapping on acupressure points on the face and body whilst using focused words.
It combines western talking therapy with eastern energy medicine and it can be used to address emotional issues or physical ailments. Results can be remarkable. It has been used effectively with many problems such as fears and phobias, anxiety, weight problems, self-esteem issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, performance issues, relieving stress, physical pain, lack of confidence, nerves before speaking/exams/tests, fibromyalgia & chronic pain; in fact any issue that brings un-wanted negative emotion.
EFT can reduce your burden and help you feel happier and healthier. It is used with great success with children and teenagers as well as adults. Anyone can benefit from EFT.
The wonderful thing about EFT is that it is individual to you, there is no set formula or structured way that the sessions will go. More importantly we will only discuss what you want to discuss. There is no need for you to talk about anything you don't want to. EFT can help resolve situations without the detailed events being discussed or even mentioned.
